This determines how the excess idling can be detected on the fleet controller and behaviour settings.

1. From the menu on the ribbon bar, click ADMINISTRATION and then Excess Idle.
2. Locate the category to edit and click .
3. Select on the dropdown list of Excess Idle Detection "No Traction" to enable. Select "Off" to disable excess idle detection, this will remove other tick/s on checkboxes, proceed to step 6.
4. Tick the checkbox on "CRITICAL OUTPUT on excess idle" to enable the critical output when excess idle occurs. This acknowledges that you have read and understood RCT's safety notice in Critical Output Configuration.
5. Tick the checkbox on "Auto-logoff" to sign out the operator after a critical output delay when an excess idle occurred. This is only allowed to set when Critical Output on excess idle is ticked.
