This setting lets you enable/disable an operator to sign in on the fleet controller.

If access control is disabled, operator via ignition on has straight access to machine without the use of PIN code or access CARD. A default "OPERATOR" name will be signed on and used in all reports for any events incurred.

1. From the menu on the ribbon bar, click ADMINISTRATION and then Access Control.
2. Locate the category to edit and click .
3. Tick the checkbox on "Enable Access Control" to enable. Tick off to disable access control - remaining ticks on other checkboxes will be unticked and dimmed, proceed to step 6.
4. Tick the checkbox on  "Enable Bypass Detection" to sense if traction was engaged for a period set or a number of traction changes that indicates the machine was operated without signing on. A default "BYPASS" operator name will be signed on and will be used in all reports for any events incurred.
5. Tick the checkbox on  "Enable On-screen Keypad" to add a button for the on-screen keypad on the Gen-4 Opus display to allow entering access code in lieu of access card. Tick off to remove the button for on-screen keypad. Access will only be via card reader or physical keypad.
