Checklist questions;
- are linked to the category of equipment to ensure that the questions are relevant. All checklist questions are stored in a library and can be easily added or removed from equipment categories.
- are worded in such a manner that either a YES or NO response is required. For example, “Is the flashing light operational?” Y/N. (IMPORTANT: The answer must clearly be a YES or a NO.)
- should be a mixture of yes and no answers; avoid having all yes or all no answers.
- can be arranged to be served pre-start or post-start.
- are configurable and able to be served in a random order daily, or at shift start.
Enable Checklists by Category
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click ADMINISTRATION and then Checklist Configuration.

Add a Checklist Question
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click CHECKLIST and then Question Management.

Edit a Checklist Question
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click CHECKLIST and then Question Management.

Assign Questions to a Category
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click CHECKLIST and then Checklist Management.
- Select your category and click
. - Select the questions you would like assigned to the category.

Deactivate a Question
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click CHECKLIST and then Question Management.
- Select Deactivate for any question or multiple questions.

Activate a Question
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click CHECKLIST and then Inactive Questions.
- Select Activate for any question or multiple questions.
