The system tracks events and delivers alerts via email to a maximum of 10 recipients. Email alerts provide site and fleet managers with rapid notification of an event when it occurs. In total, up to 16 email alerts are available.

For Subscription Expiry, once an alert is saved, it will be sent to recipients in 60, 30, 7 and 0 days from expiry.
The availability of reports is dependent on the machine integration (i.e. weight alert cannot function without the weight sensor being installed).
Email recipients must be existing account users or must have the same email domain as the user adding / editing the alert.
To Add an Email Alert
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click REPORTING and then Email Alerts.
- Click
. - Select Alert Type from the alert type dropdown list.
- Change the Title (optional).
- Set the parameters as required.
- Click an email entry field then select an email from the list that appears or manually enter an email with the same domain as your username. Only one email may be typed in at a time.
- Select the Machines that activate the alert.

To Edit an Email Alert
- From the menu on the ribbon bar, click REPORTING and then Email Alerts.
- Locate the report and click
